1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kris4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kris4d ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the kris4d website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing our website at https://kris4d.cam, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Service and refrain from creating an account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring you to provide government-issued identification documents and proof of address to verify your identity, age, and residency.

• "Wager" means a bet or stake placed on any Game using your Account balance.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use our Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. We strictly enforce this age restriction and will permanently close accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years old, forfeiting any remaining balance.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our Service. We use geo-location technology to verify your location and may restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law and not be prohibited from gambling for any reason including self-exclusion, court order, or regulatory restriction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of kris4d or any of our service providers, game providers, or business partners.

3.2 Account Creation and Verification

When creating your kris4d Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), valid email address, working phone number, date of birth, and residential address.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be considered duplicate accounts and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.
• Complete the KYC verification process within 72 hours of your first withdrawal request by uploading clear, legible copies of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie photograph holding your KTP.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach by contacting our customer support team.

3.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from creating accounts or using our Service:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities
• Individuals with a history of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of our Terms
• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or using the Account for commercial purposes

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Payment Methods

kris4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA Bank Transfer, BRI Bank Transfer, BNI Bank Transfer, Mandiri Bank Transfer, CIMB Niaga Bank Transfer, OCBC NISP Bank Transfer, Bank Danamon, OVO e-wallet, DANA e-wallet, GoPay e-wallet, ShopeePay e-wallet, and LinkAja e-wallet. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits.
• Maximum deposit amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 10,000,000 per transaction for e-wallet deposits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large deposits or deposits from new payment methods.
• Deposit processing times are typically instant for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay, but may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours or for other payment methods.

4.3 Deposit Limitations

We encourage responsible gaming and provide tools to help you manage your spending. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your kris4d Account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process with approved identity documents on file.
• The withdrawal must be requested to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified KYC documents.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction and Rp 500,000,000 per day.
• Any active bonuses must have their wagering requirements fully satisfied before withdrawal, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• Your Account must show no signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers typically process within 10-60 minutes; CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP within 30 minutes to 2 hours; e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) within 1-4 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB) or during Indonesian public holidays may experience delays.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or unverified KYC documentation
• Detection of suspicious activity, potential fraud, or money laundering
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts
• Technical issues with the payment provider or banking system

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible accounts in good standing and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount and must be completed within the specified time period (usually 30 days) before the bonus and associated winnings expire.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, and certain table games may be excluded entirely.

kris4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from promotional offers if we detect abuse or violation of bonus terms.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players must adhere to fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate profits
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location or circumvent geo-restrictions
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other professional betting strategies designed to guarantee profits
• Money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds between accounts

7.2 Game Integrity

All games on kris4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent auditing firms to ensure fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. We reserve the right to void bets and withhold winnings if we determine that game integrity has been compromised through technical errors, fraudulent activity, or player misconduct.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting including football (bandar bola), the following additional rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified unless a market is suspended due to technical error.
• Settlement is based on official league or competition results. Protests or appeals filed after official results are announced do not affect bet settlement.
• In the event of postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific sport-specific rules apply as published in our betting rules section.
• We reserve the right to void bets or limit stakes if we detect irregular betting patterns, insider information, or match-fixing.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

kris4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempted manipulation of games or betting markets
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your Account
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 months or more)

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit your entire Account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. If termination is not due to your violation, we will process the withdrawal of your Real Money balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

You have the right to self-exclude from kris4d for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through customer support and will be processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the kris4d platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, user interface, and underlying code is the exclusive property of kris4d or our licensed content providers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Service without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, kris4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or error-free operation of the Service. Technical issues, server downtime, payment processing delays, and game malfunctions may occur, and we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and kris4d customer support.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the Indonesian or English language as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above arbitration provision, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
